Something Smaller is designed for weddings of up to 20 guests, with a ceremony of around 15 minutes.
There’s still room for personality. You can write personal vows if you’d like to. Exchange rings. Have a laugh. Shed a tear. Have one of those little moments nobody planned for.

SO… WHAT DOES SMALLER ACTUALLY INCLUDE?
Think of this as a shorter version of a personalised ceremony — not simply the legal words and a quick signature.
We’ll still have a chat about the two of you, what you want the ceremony to feel like and what matters enough to make the cut.
And yes, I’ll still write your ceremony.
I’ll keep it to around 15 minutes and make sure it still feels personal to the two of you. There’ll be a welcome, a little personality, the legal bits that need to be there and plenty of room for the two of you to actually get married.
If you’d like to write personal vows, absolutely. If you want to exchange rings, we’ll make room for those too.
What we won’t include is the longer story of your relationship, readings or additional rituals. That’s what keeps this one deliberately short and simple.
Personal where it matters. Simple everywhere else.
AND YES, I’VE THOUGHT ABOUT THE LITTLE THINGS TOO.
I’ll take care of all the legal paperwork before and after your wedding, including preparing everything that needs to be signed and submitting your marriage documents to Births, Deaths and Marriages afterwards.
I’ll also order your official marriage certificate from BDM for you — and the certificate fee is included in my price.
If you’re writing personal vows, I can help with those too, and I’ll have them printed into keepsake vow booklets in hard-cover folders, in your choice of colours.
You’ll have unlimited email support along the way, and I’ll arrive early on the day to make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
And because this one is designed for no more than 20 guests, everyone will be close enough that we can leave the PA at home.

GETTING MARRIED SOMEWHERE ELSE?
My Something Smaller fee includes travel up to 80 km by road from Tewantin.
Getting married further afield? Absolutely. I’m very happy to travel throughout Queensland, interstate — or overseas.
If your wedding is outside my included travel area, I’ll work out any additional travel and accommodation costs with you upfront.
